Through workshops and seminars the Research Academy maps the kaleidoscopic field of architectural research in Europe and globally, identifies concepts regarding the intentions and position of architecture research, identifies conditions, circumstances and challenges faced by institutions and researchers, seeking to ensure diversity, rigour and responsiveness within architectural research and forms an open and collegiate community.

The workshops take place ca. three times a year, hosted by Universities of the EAAE community
