EAAE General Meeting part 1, Amsterdam, 26.04.2024, 13h45
From 2024 onwards the EAAE General Meeting is organized in 2 parts, both in person and online.
The first part is the financial part, which by Belgian law needs to be held within 6 months after the end of the financial year.
We have therefore chosen to organize this meeting during the yearly Deans’ Summit, this year in Amsterdam from 25-26 April.
The second part is the yearly report and Council voting, and will take place during the EAAE Annual Conference, this year in Münster from 28-31 August.
Dag Boutsen, treasurer of the EAAE, will present the financial report.
Registrations for the EAAE General Meeting part 1 in person and online is separate and obligatory.
For those attending online, a Zoom access link will be sent shortly beforehand.

For online participation

Admittance
Only full members who have paid their annual contribution have voting right at the General Meeting. Per member school only one official representative can be registered and participate in the Meeting. Associated members can participate but are not entitled to vote.
Proxy
Each full member institution can be represented by a proxy holder who has to be the official representative of a full member institution. Each official representative can hold up to four proxies in addition to the vote of his/her own member institution. If you want to give proxy, please fill in the proxy form before 20 April 2024.
Quorum
Quorum is established by the participation or representation of one third of the full members at the General Meeting. Decisions are made by simple majority of the full members present or represented.
