Zagreb 2019

Dear Colleagues,

The CA2RE Conference in Lisbon from 11–13 April 2019 was a great success with 44 participants.

We are getting closer to the Annual Conference and the General Assembly in August 2019. We are hoping to meet many of you in Zagreb. In this respect, we would like to draw your attention to a particular subject of this year’s General Assembly:
The election of two new council members. Our treasurer, Koenraad Van Cleempoel, decided to withdraw and Hugo Dworzak will not run for re-election. We encourage all of you – who are willing to be actively engaged in EAAE’s mission of advancing the quality of architectural education and of architecture in Europe – to submit an application before 15 July 2019. If you have any questions concerning the procedure or the tasks in the council, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Remember to register for the EAAE/ACSA Teachers Conference from 27–30 June 2019 in Antwerp with opening lecture from Richard Blythe and keynote lecture from Jonathan Sergison.

The International VELUX Award is a biennial competition of our Annual Conference’s sponsor VELUX. The current edition has recently been launched: Have a look at it and encourage your students to participate.
