Architecture in Perspective – conference

Architecture and urbanism since the 2nd half of the 20th century

Conference of the Department of Architecture of the Faculty of Civil Engineering VSB-Technical University of Ostrava held on 25th – 26th October 2023 in hall UA2, UA3, UA5 at the Auditorium of VSB – Technical University of Ostrava.

The conference language will be the language Czech, Slovak, Polish and English language. The conference will be translated from ENG/CZ and CZ/ENG.

Expected contributions should relate to the following areas:

  1. Theory and philosophy of architectural design
  2. Urbanism and public space
  3. Court architecture of housing, civil equipment and construction engineering
  4. Monument care, renovation and conversion of buildings and architectural complexes
  5. Countryside and rural architecture
  6. Ecological aspects in architecture
  7. Trends and technologies in architecture
