Luiz Conceição Award
The Luiz Conceição Award was instituted, in 2020, by the Integrated Master Degree in Architecture of ISMAT – Manuel Teixeira Gomes Higher Institute – MIA.ISMAT.
The prize is awarded annually and aims to distinguish the work of students in the first cycle of architecture studies, enrolled in national and international educational institutions. Will be admitted works for the two semesters of the academic year preceding that of the respective edition of the Luiz Conceição Award.

Internationalizing education for the ecological transition challenge: New Stakes for Sharing Knowledge and Acting in a Changing World.
The 15th Conference of the International Forum on Urbanism (IFoU), to be held at the Bordeaux National School of Architecture and Landscape in 2022, aims to present different approaches, methods, and experiments in teaching and research implemented in higher education institutions for architecture, urban design, planning and landscape architecture all over the world, with a focus on how internationalization contributes to meeting the challenge of the ecological transition.

INUAS Conference 2022 – Urban Transformations: Public Spaces

The INUAS conference series “Urban Transformations: Housing | Resources | Public Spaces” provides a platform for addressing current issues and perspectives for the development of cities and regions.
To kick things off, the conference in Vienna in November 2019 focused on the topic of “Housing”. “Resources” formed the theme of the virtual conference in Munich in 2021.
The third international conference of this INUAS conference series is now dedicated to the topic of public spaces as experimental areas of innovative, sustainable urban development in Winterthur-Zurich in September 2022.

EAAE Publications
Beside the Newsletter, the EAAE Online Guide and the Architectural Periodicals Database, the EAAE has established a publishing platform which operates through several channels. EAAE publications work as follows:
- EAAE Publishings
With the aim of facilitating publishing efforts of various activities done within the EAAE, but also make them more visible, searchable and relevant, the EAAE has teamed up with the Stichting Openaccess platform. We have thus established EAAE Publishings, an open access virtual space delivering some of the recent research outputs completed within EAAE-organized events, beginning with the annual conference proceedings.
- Transactions
Published periodically as part of a series. Offering a selection of papers and discussions from conferences, workshops and summer schools. Each event may result in such a thematic booklet produced by the hosting institution in a standard format.
