Writings in Architectural Education


The EAAE prize for "Writings in Architectural Education" rewards the best unpublished writings for or on architectural education every two years.
The winners are published in the EAAE News Sheet.

EAAE Prize 2009-2010 is sponsored by Montana

VELUX has sponsored the 2005-2007, 2003-2005 and 2001-2003 previous editions.
Moreover, the EAAE Prize for Writings on Teaching Architecture, has been awarded other three times, in 1991, 1993 and 1995. The sponsor for these prizes was YTONG (Belgium).




Students competition



2009-11
A competition open to all students of architecture enrolled in an educational institution affiliated to the EAAE was launched at the beginning of September 2009.
Under the title "UPGRADE, continuity & change", this award is sponsored by Lafarge.
